Because baklawa is perishable, we keep this simple and fair.
No returns (perishable item)
For food safety and freshness, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.
When we’ll make it right
If your order arrives with damage to the baklawa itself (not just the outer box), we’ll take care of you.
- Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of the tray/baklawa and the shipping label.
- We may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund depending on the situation.
What doesn’t qualify
- Minor packaging or box scuffs with intact, presentable baklawa.
- Orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
- Preference-based returns (taste, texture, etc.).
